Does anyone know where I might could find clip art of the MA badge, or a vector drawing (outline type drawing), or even a decent picture of one? I'm having a local tattoo artist design a tat that is a combination of the Navy anchor and the MA badge, but am having problems finding a clear picture of the badge itself. HELP!

Bert,
Trevor hasn't gotten his orders yet he is in A school in GL until Memorial day. He is pushing and wanting to get his C school in San Diego. I talked to him the other day and he wants to work on Sat. Coms.. He was talking to his Chief about it. Chief told him tha with his test scores and his recommendations from his instructor he should be able to get whatever duty he wants.
His instructor said he was gettin to far ahead of the rest of the class that he was gonna give him some extra work to let the rest of the class catch up with him.Instructor gave him a test friday on a lesson that they haven't worked on yet. Instructor told him that if he could finish the test in an hour and get it right he would buy him a Large pizza of his own. Instructor informed him that it was over some work they haven't gone over yet. Trevor said no problem I'll give it my best shot. He finished the test in 1 hour and 5 minutes and made a 97 on the test. Instructor then informed him that he has been giving that test for 6 yrs and that was the first time he was worried about having to buy someone a pizza. So I guess he is doing good and that nothing has changed since he was in school.

Hey, Tim! What duty station did your son get? Michael called last night to say he got San Diego, and most of his class did, apparently. He was pumped about it. He had kinda wanted to be in Florida because his girlfriend's A-school is in Jacksonville, but he had said since he enlisted that he wanted to go to San Diego. They may actually be working together!

Well bert I am in the same boat as you are. I have 3 tats myself and all of them have a special meaning to me. I have my wifes name tattooed on my ring finger as I can't wear jewelry from to much acid in my system, it breaks down the metals. I have a medicine wheel on my right outside calf that I drew when I was 15 and later found out that my great great grandfather was a medicine man in his tribe. the other is theater masks on my left ankle that is a tribute to my sons and the difference in their personalities. I also took a long time to get my first tat as I wanted it to be special and be right.
My son got his first tat right before thanksgiving, and was like me after his first one wanted another right away. Thats when he started working on the idea of a tat for the three of us to get. I told him it would have t be something that his mom would agree to get cuz she doesn't like big bulky tats, she likes them plain and simple.
My son is hoping to get stationed in San Diego after A School so that we can fly out and visit them whenever we decide on the tat and hop over to L.A. and let L.A. Ink do the tat for us. I told him to wait and see where he gets stationed and then we'll find a reputable parlor and do the homework on them cuz I don't want something done that I don't like or won't put myself in a position to get something I will regret later on in life.
First of all, sorry I'm just now getting around to responding. Had a lot going on here in the land that time forgot and haven't been online in awhile.

Sounds like Trevor is making some serious marks for him self out there! Congrats to him! So far Michael loves SD. He just got moved to a new apartment complex. He was really tired of living in the barracks. He passed all his qualification and is now working on his patrol quals. He's trying to decide where he wants to go with it now. He would kinda like to do canine, but his heart is really in working toward NCIS.

Hopefully I won't be quite so much of a stranger on here now. Look forward to getting reconnected!
