This is very common when it comes to moving into and out of the different schools. It may be a simple matter of waiting for the class ahead of her to graduate and move on before she can start. The Navy likes to have the next group of trainees ready and waiting before the previous class moves out. As for the time frame, sometimes the graduations are delayed for various reasons. Maybe as simple as a key instructor takes a week leave. So that could delay classes. Not to worry, eventually things will progress.

you know the military motto "hurry up and wait" mine was on hold 2 weeks before school started when she starts it will fly by
