His A school is right there in Great Lakes. I made our reservations last night for the motel. Samuels little brother has been loking for him everywhere. I think that him going to PIR with us he might become excited bout seeing his brother. He is only 2 yrs old and i'm not sure how he is going to do at PIR, so there may be some excitment there.

Well Bob looks like we will be at graduation at the same time. We got a letter from Samuel today and he was placed in a advanced division, he said they went straight to marching the day after he got there. Which bumped his PIR date up to 9/18.

Well Bob have you heard anything about PIR for Blain yet. I talked to Samuels recruiter today and he told me his PIR will be around the 25th of next month.Like you we are gonna drive up and spend a few days, kinda like a mini vacation.

Samuel is in Div. 944 , I hear you on the son withdrawls . the hard part is he will be having his 19th birthday on monday . It is nice to see someone else from Arkansas and hopefully we will have some more join in , when Samuel left he had 3 others from our area that shipped with him. When we got our kid box it wasnt pleasent he had been working out at the gym the night before he shipped from MEPS in Little Rock, and he didnt take a change of clothes and let me tell you it was'nt a pleasent odor when we opened that box.

Hello all mine name is Mike and my son Samuel just recently shipped out to GL for basic training. He shipped out on 7-23-09. i started this group so that maybe we can all help and give support for all our fellow Arkansans
