Navy Federal does not charge for use of ATM's in their network.  if you click on the link to the website it will explain everything.www.NavyFederal.org.  I also use USAA and thy are great as well.  Hope this helps.

My son will be underway at somepoint soon. What are some good choices for items and moral boosters, that a sailor would be happy to recieve? Thanks

James, we have a dd on here asking a question that you might be able to answer. Assuming that you were a member of the Navy Federal Credit Union, when you needed cash and used an ATM, were you charged a fee for using an ATM other than NFCU?

James, please be sure to follow all OPSEC rules on this Group.
