Thanks Paul. I'll be sure to check out the SOGs and compare them to Leatherman. I am finding this blog site to be very helpful thanks to people like you, Grandpa, and John Chalus. It's a great resource!

As our son's continue along this path together, it would be nice to get to know the families of these fine young men. Am I right in thinking that a private group is the way to go on sharing this information with each other? As I read more and more about the SEALS - I can't help but think of the families these guys come from. It is strange how we all are going through the same emotions, points of pride and down turns, etc at the same time, but yet all alone. I don't even know another SEAL or a family past or present to compair notes with. But I am certain there are other Dads on this message board that are going through the same things I am. Any thoughts 292 Dads?

Think about the fact the Bin Laden probably thought he was secure and the SEALs found him.
