I filled it out and mailed to my daughter. The day I mailed it she emailed me and said it would be ok to send a scanned copy via email. I have since reprinted the the form and I will be sending it via email also.

My wife and I will be on the upcoming Eisenhower Tiger Cruise in a few weeks, I can't wait! Anyone else?

we were told that the FRIENDS AND FAMILY DAY was posponed has anyone else heard that?

Yes, my son had mentioned that, too.  We're still planning on making the trip.

Just found out and confrmed that the Family cruise this month has been postponed.

My daughter has been in for over a year now, and from what I am reading, it sounds very familiar to what we went through when she was heading back home from a 7 month deployment in the Persian Gulf.  We were told to send in all the applications and forms for the Tiger Cruise and were then told it would be on such and such a date.  Then it was postponed, and eventually cancelled.  Just about the time we thought there was no hope, it was back on again and it was fantastic!  Pack light, prepare for many, many, many steep ladders, the navy's version of stairs, take a pillow, lots of film and comfortable shoes.  Good luck, hope all goes well with you and your sailors.

My son just got his orders to VFA 83 and will report to The Ike! When are the Tiger cruises and are they available to AZ's attached to The Ike?

If they have one it will be on return from cruise.  Note that we won't discuss dates here...only in private message and they should be avaiable to anyone deployed on the Ike.
