Get involved with some of the discussions and the groups that are going on. There is some good information and encouragement in these places. We love to talk about our sailors but we also are here to support and encourage each other. After all we are all in this together. I have two sons and both are in the military. My youngest joined the Air Force over 4 years ago and my oldest joined the Navy and is in Everett, WA. waiting for the USS Abraham Lincoln to return to port. That is where he will be stationed. Please thank M for his service to this great country from an old Vietnam Vet. Thank you for raising a fine young man.

I just knew their had to be a site for dads like n4m's but I was wrong. So I started this site so us dads would also have a place to call home. I'm new at this and I hope this site will benefit fathers that come behind us. So jump right in share concerns, join groups, share info, and show off your sailor. I'm so glad to find out their are so many proud navy dads just like myself. Thank your Son for his service for me. Good luck and thanks again for joining. EG

Chat on Navy Dads

The chat feature on Navy Dads has changed a little. To enter into the chat room click on were it says Navy Dads (44 members online) then type your post in the box and hit enter to make the post show up. When you are done click the the arrow by the person icon and the chat box will be hidden again. The chat feature can also be found on the main page. Just scroll down till you see it. The chat will also make a two note sound when someone posts a comment so you know when the chat is active.…
