- I was a US Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. Upon checking in to MP CO 2dFSSG, I was then given Orders to the 22nd MEU. While with this Unit I was deployed on 2 6 month Med Cruises in which time we were in support of Conflicts UNISOM(United Nations Somalia), and Operation Deny Flight(Bosnia). After my tour with the 22nd MEU I then got orders to MCB Camp Lejeune to work with the Provost Marshall's Office. If you want to know more just ask.

I just knew their had to be a site for dads like n4m's but I was wrong. So I started this site so us dads would also have a place to call home. I'm new at this and I hope this site will benefit Navy families that follow behind me. Thank you for your service and thanks again for joining us.

I'm lucky enough to have two sailors in the family - my son Eric (AM3) recently returned from a seven-month cruise on the carrier Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat (MC3) returned last fall from a seven-month cruise on the carrier Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). Chat on Navy Dads
The chat feature on Navy Dads has changed a little. To enter into the chat room click on were it says Navy Dads (44 members online) then type your post in the box and hit enter to make the post show up. When you are done click the the arrow by the person icon and the chat box will be hidden again. The chat feature can also be found on the main page. Just scroll down till you see it. The chat will also make a two note sound when someone posts a comment so you know when the chat is active.…
