Describe a little about yourself:: I have been married for 30+ years to a very wonderful man. I have 5 children that I love dearly. My son, Kevin, is a Marine and my daughter, Natalie, is a Sailor. I have 2 beautiful grand daughters who fill my life with total joy.

What brought you to this site:: my son is recently enlisted, My daughter is recently enlisted

What were your feelings when your Sailor joined the Navy:: I knew this was something she really wanted. I supported her decision in the beginning and I will continue to support her through whatever this journey has in store for her. I am very proud of her.

What is your relationship with your sailor: Mom

Please share: how did you find us?: A friend of mine on Navy4Moms referred me to your site. Thanks to all of my N4M and Navydad friends. It is so wonderful to have a place to stay connected with my military family and friends and to share our experiences with one another.

My son is an ABE aboard the USS Ronald Reagan in San Diego, Ca. and my family and I couldn't be prouder of him. When he first enlisted I found NavyForMoms in searching for answers to my son's future. I just knew their had to be a site for dads like n4m's but I was wrong. So I started this site so us dads would also have a place to call home. We have many moms on the site and benefit greatly from their point of views and we are willing to help the moms in any way we can. Chat on Navy Dads

The chat feature on Navy Dads has changed a little. To enter into the chat room click on were it says Navy Dads (44 members online) then type your post in the box and hit enter to make the post show up. When you are done click the the arrow by the person icon and the chat box will be hidden again. The chat feature can also be found on the main page. Just scroll down till you see it. The chat will also make a two note sound when someone posts a comment so you know when the chat is active.…
