USS Dewey (DDG105) Tiger Cruise

I got back to NY two weeks ago from my Tiger Cruise aboard the USS Dewey, we were part of the Stennis Carrier Group. For anyone thinking about going on a Tiger Cruise do it! It is a once and a lifetime experience. The seas were a little ruff at times, but I think all of the 69 Tigers on board enjoyed themselves. The ship and crew members were fantastic. I have two sons and they are both in the military. My youngest joined the Air Force over 4 years ago. My oldest joined the Navy and is stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN 72. Please thank Jessica for her service to this great country from an old Vietnam Vet. Thank you for raising a fine young woman.

I'm lucky enough to have two sailors- my son Eric is on the second half of a seven-month cruise on the carrier Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat recently returned from a seven-month cruise on the carrier Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). To enter into the chat room click on were it says Navy Dads (44 members online) then type your post in the box and hit enter to make the post show up. When you are done click the the arrow by the person icon and the chat box will be hidden again. The chat feature can also be found on the main page. Just scroll down till you see it. The chat will also make a two note sound when someone posts a comment so you know when the chat is active.…
