Lisa, A belated “Welcome Aboard”. I have been on vacation and need to catch up a bit. I am glad that you are here with us. My wife is with N4M’s that is how I found Navy Dads. Thanks for your support on this site. I have two boys and they are both in the military. My youngest joined the Air Force over 4 years ago and my oldest joined the Navy and is finishing “A” school. Please thank Sean for His service from an old Vietnam Vet.

My luck isn't anywhere near yours! I can't even get myspace to come out correctly! Quick question for you, will your son be able to come home for a visit before he's shipped off?

Lisa ~ love your page! You must be another computer guru! So how far is your son into the Navy scene? I'm guessing he's at least in A school, if not through that. Morgan will be graduating from PIR on 8/15. I'm getting really excited!

Lisa - How cool is that :), what part of NC if you don't mind revealing? BTW welcome aboard! I have been really busy this week and only been able to check this site briefly once a day. . . I apologize I couldn't of given you a proper welcome :(. Our son's also graduated a week from each other, my son was officially a sailor though on 6/13 but was told his division had to wait a week to graduate. Where is Ft. Meade? How long will he have to be in A-school? My son, Wes, is going to be an AT (Aviation Electronics Technician), he will be in A-school for a few more months yet. It is great to meet you and thank you for inviting me as a friend :). God Bless, Michele

Hi Lisa thanks for joining. I found navyformoms in searching for answers to my son's future. I just knew their had to be a site for dads like n4m's but I was wrong. So I started this site so us dads wouldn't feel guilty interacting in a woman's world. I'm new at this and I hope this site will benefit fathers and family members that come behind us. So jump right in share concerns, join groups, share info, and show off your sailor. Please excuse the no traffic. My network is having problems with my URL and nobody can find my site. It should be fixed Sunday at the latest. Thanks again for joining us.
