Address
Can someone give me an estimate as to when I might be getting my sons permanent address? Will it come before or after his box? He left for Boot Camp last Wednesday 9/16. His mother and I are dying to write to send him letters, we already have a few written.

My daughters box came yesterday. We have not seen a letter yet. Hopefully soon as well. We are out west so I think an extra couple days. I contacted her recruiter and got her ship and division#. We sent her letters yesterday hoping they get to her. We know that sometimes addresses change from the first day but we could not wait. I'm guessing if all goes well she will have PIR on 11/13/15.

I got my son's address form letter 8 days after he shipped out. The "kid in the box" (all his clothes and phone) arrived 4 days after he shipped out. And letters are GOLD for recruits, so keep 'em coming.
