At MEPS in San Diego. He hasn't shared yet when he leaves for basic, his job will be Missile Technician. I work in the South Bay, live in the Inland Empire.

That's great news for the crew of the USS Carl Vinson. Their ship relieved my son's ship the USS George H.W. Bush so he could come home for Hanukkah and Christmas. He will be home on Tuesday. I can't wait to see him. He also just got promoted to E5 Second Class Petty Officer MA4 Hooyah!

Happy Thanksgiving Navydads.
I'd like to mention a little plug for the USS CARL VINSON where my son is right now. If the ships Facebook page reaches 100,000 likes the Captain said he'll give them a steel beach picnic. If you can like their page and pass the word around that would awesome!

After one year typically they cannot charge for repainting. It is considered normal wear and tear. Have her do a web search for California tenent law it will have tons of the existing laws.
On a side note we are looking to adopt a sailor for Thanksgiving. Anyone know who I can contact to adopt one? We are near the Seal Beach NWS and I have an email out to their command.
