At MEPS in San Diego. He hasn't shared yet when he leaves for basic, his job will be Missile Technician. I work in the South Bay, live in the Inland Empire.

B'sNukemom&dad⚓️CVN75 Tripple D grub always a must try! Guy Fieri has a restaurant up this way in San Jose - Johnny Garlic's and the food is pretty darn good! Looks like you all had an awesome time with your Sailor in SD and thanks for the El Indio tip..

Had a great afternoon in San Diego. The place we went to was El Indio on India Street. Taquitos are their specialty. Great food - I would recommend it if you are in the area. We also walked around Old Towne for a couple hours - beautiful day, beautiful weather. Now if we could just slow down time - sailor leaves next week to report to VA.....(USS Truman)

Today we are taking sailor boy to San Diego to try out a taco place he found on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. Looking forward to a nice day & a visit to Old Towne.
