Hey Kathy! I love your comment, I'm humbled. I wanted to let you know that I am no longer a member of Navy For Moms. If you could let the Indiana group know, and also I had created a group on there called NAS Jacksonville and didn't have a chance to say goodbye in there. You don't know how much it would mean to me if you could let them all know and maybe somehow invite them here. Thanks.

When my son first enlisted in the Navy I found NavyForMoms in searching for answers to his future. I just knew their had to be a site for dads like n4m's but I was wrong. So I started this site so us dads would also have a place to call home. We have many moms on the site and benefit greatly from their point of views and we are willing to help the moms in any way we can. So jump right in share concerns, join groups, share info, and show off your Sailor. I hope this site benefits you and your family throughout your sons journey in the Navy. Thank Chris for his service for me and thanks again for joining us.

In my experience someone here can answer your questions or concerns or can point you in the right direction to find out. I'm blessed to have two sailors in the family - my son Eric (AM3) is stationed on the carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat (MC3) just completed her five-year enlistment on the carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). And Kathy this is a great place to brag about your sailor as well! So join in, get active, and be sure to let us know how Chris is doing!
