I'm lucky enough to have two sailors- my son Eric is a month into a seven-month deployment on the carrier Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat just returned from her seven-month deployment on the carrier Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). Al, “Welcome Aboard”. I am glad that you have joined us. Take some time and look around the site. Get involved in some of the groups and discussions that are going on. This is your site to use and enjoy. We love to talk about our sailors around here and we have been known to brag on them a little. We are also here to support and encourage each other. After all we are in this together. I have two sons and both are in the military. My youngest joined the Air Force over 4 years ago. My oldest joined the Navy and is in Everett, WA. stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN 72. Please thank Andrew for his service to this great country from an old Vietnam Vet. Thank you for raising a fine young man.
