Mollys Adopt A Sailor

Each month we adopt a different group of deployed. If the ask they are adopted no matter what branch. We pick a shipping date and everyone that wants to send things does so on a specific week from their home to the adoptees.

I think it would be good if you put the Pepsi link in the forum so it will show up on the main page. Go ahead and do that, then we just need to promote the heck out of it. I haven't voted lately, but will get in there and do so.

Molly, Welcome Aboard!

When my son first enlisted in the Navy I found NavyForMoms in searching for answers to his future. I just knew their had to be a site for dads like n4m's but I was wrong. So I started this site so us dads would also have a place to call home. We have many moms on the site and benefit greatly from their point of views and we are willing to help the moms in any way we can. So jump right in share concerns, join groups, share info, and show off your Sailor's. I hope this site benefits you and your family throughout your sons journey in the Navy. Thank Tucker & Colton for their service for me and thanks again for joining us.

P.S. congrats! on an outstanding job with Molly's Adopt A Sailor program. If theirs any thing we can do to help, please let us know. We love what your doing.

Sincerely, E.G.

Welcome to NavyDads.com Molly! I'm sure you'll find NavyDads.com as useful, educational and informative as I have. Please explore the site and make some new Navy friends. Be sure to read the disucssions add your comments or start a new discussion. Browse through the postings in the various groups or start a new one. I certainly have! If you have any comments, questions or concerns about your sailor and what they are going through...be sure to post them! In my experience someone here can answer your questions or concerns or can point you in the right direction to find out. I'm blessed to have two sailors in the family - my son Eric (AM3) is stationed on the carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat (MC3) just completed her five-year enlistment on the carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). And Molly this is a great place to brag about your sailors as well! So join in, get active, and be sure to let us know how Tucker and Colton are doing! Please remember that we talk about the Navy here and we must keep the security and safety of our sailors and the fleet in mind at all times. On the right side of every NavyDads.com page is an area we call About This Site. Please take a minute and read through the Operations Security (OPSEC) link for some guidelines as to what we should and should not talk about in a public forum like NavyDads.com. And stop by the NavyDads offical store- Navyoutfitters.com! Show your support for NavyDads.com by wearing the latest in NavyDads attire. Best Regards- Paul

Yes Molly, we discuss our kiddos all the time! LOL!! I have been talking with Dusty for a long time now. She's great! My son is in Jacksonville, but with a Patrol Squadron, not Helo. So that's kind of how we met. I started a Jacksonville group in N4Ms. So please feel free to start an Adopt a Sailor group here. We only have less that 2,000 members, but we are growing each day. I think this site has gotten bigger than any of us expected! Like I said, glad you're here!

Welcome aboard Molly! I'm so sorry I didn't invite you here sooner. I have known about your adopt a sailor for some time now. Just never dawned on me to invite you here! DUH! I started with N4Ms a long time also, then came here too. I was actually the first dad outside of the creator's family to join here. Then a few months ago, they asked me to be a co-admin. So glad you're here so be sure to get active as much as you can to promote Adopt a Sailor. Why don't you go ahead and start your own group for that too. Keep us up to date!
Regards, Jim
